Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a Resident Care Director for Franklin Manor Assisted Living Center in Youngsville, NC. You will oversee daily operations and ensure the highest standards of resident care.

Collaborate with leadership to align clinical services with regulatory requirements and resident needs. This full-time role includes days shifts, competitive pay based on experience, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, unencumbered RN or LPN license in the state where you work.
• Active CPR certification for healthcare providers (AHA).
• Minimum two years in a supervisory role in a hospital, nursing community, or related healthcare setting, preferably long-term care.

Position Summary:

As the Resident Care Director, it is your responsibility for the overall management and success of the assisted living community. The Resident Care Director will work directly with the Executive Director and the Medical Director to ensure the highest degree of quality of care is maintained for each resident at all times.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN or LPN within the state in which you work.

• Must possess an active CPR certification for healthcare providers by an American Heart Association (AHA) approved provider.

• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a supervisory role in a hospital, nursing community or other related healthcare community, preferably in long-term care.

• Previous ALF experience preferred.
