Job summary

Blue Jays Springs Senior Living and Memory Care seeks a compassionate Resident Care Director to lead resident care services and develop the caregiving team in a setting prioritizing resident well-being.

You will coordinate assessments, care plans, and wellness programs, partnering with families and clinicians to ensure excellent, resident-centered care within a CAPLICO-values culture.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and oversee all resident care services for our assisted living and memory care residents
• Recruit, coach, and develop wellness and caregiving team members
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and clinical best practices
• Coordinate resident assessments, care plans, and wellness programs
• Partner with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to support resident well-being
