The Pennant Group, Inc. is seeking a Memory Care Program Director for our Texas Lewisville community. You will lead the Activity Supervisor team, plan a robust activities calendar, and partner with residents and families to promote independence and engagement in daily life.
You will collaborate with staff to deliver meaningful programs, coordinate volunteer projects, manage supplies, and transport residents to events. CPR/First Aid certification and driver’s license required.

The Activity Supervisor plans, implements and oversees the Activities program for our residents. Works in conjunction with the Activities staff to create a multi-faceted daily/monthly calendar that is appropriate for all care levels and includes events that encourage resident individuality, participation and leadership.
