Job summary

The Pennant Group, Inc. is seeking a compassionate leader to oversee resident care services across our Blue Jay Springs Senior Living & Memory Care communities.

You will guide clinical teams, coordinate care plans, and partner with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary staff to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care. Ideal candidates bring clinical leadership in senior living or similar settings, strong communication and team-building skills, and a passion for developing others.

• Clinical leadership experience in senior living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, or long‑term care
