Harbor View Senior Living Community is seeking a Resident Care Director to join our CBRF 46 Bed community! We are looking for a compassionate and motivated clinical leader who is passionate about providing exceptional care to seniors while building a strong, resident-centered culture. An active LPN license is strongly preferred. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of residents, families, and team members every day.

What You'll Do

Lead and oversee all clinical operations and resident care services. Conduct resident assessments, service planning, and ongoing evaluations. What We're Looking For

Current LPN license preferred. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in assisted living, senior living, or healthcare. Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred. Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills. CPR certification as required. Passion for serving older adults and supporting team development.
