Qualifications

• Associate degree or 4+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• CNA or CMT certification preferred.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Experience in similar senior living/healthcare roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of resident care and the care staff.
• Develop individualized care plans and supervise care staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor staff and coordinate with DON for performance reviews.
• Organize staff orientation and ongoing training.
• Promote resident wellbeing and communicate with families.
