Radiant Senior Living in Bozeman, MT is seeking a Full-Time leader to direct the day-to-day operations of the community and supervise staff, ensuring care aligns with federal, state, and local standards. You will coordinate care for residents, relay information to families, physicians, and third-party providers.

You will also assist the Executive Director to ensure policies, procedures, and regulations are followed, with occasional coverage of Med Tech and Caregiving shifts.

Formación

• Experience in senior living settings and overseeing daily operations.
• Ability to hire, supervise, and direct staff per standards.
• Knowledge of resident care coordination and family communication.

Responsabilidades

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the community including hiring, supervising, and directing staff in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards.
• Manage the coordination of care for residents, including the dissemination of information to families, staff, physicians, and third-party providers.
• Assist the Executive Director to ensure that policies, procedures are followed and state regulations are met.
• Occasionally cover Med Tech and Caregiving shifts.

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT CANDIDATE:

• Compassionate, patient, and kind, and have a heart for working with senior adults
• Have to have a background in Senior Living and caring for seniors
• Creativity, flexibility, time management skills, and a knowledge base of the geriatric population who may have complex medical needs
• The ability to provide health services training to other employees of the Community, and to oversee the medication administration program
• Experience in working with similar age demographics and experience in operations and clinical oversight in a setting such as ours preferred
• Proficient in English
