Job summary

Radiant Senior Living in Gresham, OR, is seeking a dedicated leader to manage daily operations of a senior living community.

You will oversee staffing, ensure high-quality resident care, and coordinate with families, physicians, and third-party providers.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and kind, with a heart for working with senior adults.
• Background in Senior Living and caring for seniors.
• Creativity, flexibility, time management, and geriatric knowledge.
• Ability to provide health services training and oversee medication administration.
• Experience in operations and clinical oversight in similar settings.
• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the community including hiring, supervising, and directing staff.
• Manage the coordination of care for residents and communications with families, staff, physicians, and third-party providers.
• Assist the Executive Director to ensure that policies, procedures, and state regulations are being followed.
• Occasionally may need to cover Med Tech and Caregiving shifts.

• Manage the coordination of care for residents, including the dissemination of information to families, staff, physicians, and third-party providers

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT CANDIDATE

• Compassionate, patient, and kind, and have a heart for working with senior adults
• Have to have a background in Senior Living and caring for seniors
• Creativity, flexibility, time management skills, and a knowledge base of the geriatric population who may have complex medical needs
• The ability to provide health services training to other employees of the Community, and to oversee the medication administration program
• Experience in working with similar age demographics and experience in operations and clinical oversight in a setting such as ours preferred
• Proficient in English
