Job summary

Bozeman Lodge in Bozeman, MT is seeking a compassionate leader to direct day-to-day operations, hire and supervise staff, and ensure care aligns with federal, state, and local standards. You will coordinate care for residents, share information with families, staff, physicians, and third-party providers, and support the Executive Director in policy compliance.

Previous experience in Senior Living and geriatric care is preferred; strong English, flexibility, and commitment to growth are valued.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and kind, and have a heart for working with senior adults.
• Background in Senior Living and caring for seniors.
• Creativity, flexibility, time management skills, and knowledge of geriatric population with complex medical needs.
• Ability to provide health services training to other employees and oversee the medication administration program.
• Experience with similar age demographics and operations/clinical oversight preferred.
• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the community, including hiring, supervising, and directing staff.
• Manage the coordination of care for residents, including dissemination of information to families, staff, physicians, and third-party providers.
• Assist the Executive Director to ensure policies, procedures, and state regulations are followed.
• Occasionally cover Med Tech and Caregiving shifts.
