Job summary

Radiant Senior Living in Bozeman, MT is seeking a compassionate leader to direct the day-to-day functions of the community, including hiring, supervising, and directing staff in accordance with current standards.

You will manage coordinated care for residents, disseminate information to families, staff, physicians, and third-party providers, and assist the Executive Director to ensure policies, procedures, and state regulations are followed.

Responsibilities

• Manage the coordination of care for residents, including the dissemination of information to families, staff, physicians, and third-party providers.

• Occasionally may need to cover Med Tech and Caregiving shifts.

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT CANDIDATE:

• Compassionate, patient, and kind, and have a heart for working with senior adults
• Have to have a background in Senior Living and caring for seniors
• Creativity, flexibility, time management skills, and a knowledge base of the geriatric population who may have complex medical needs
• The ability to provide health services training to other employees of the Community, and to oversee the medication administration program
• Experience in working with similar age demographics and experience in operations and clinical oversight in a setting such as ours preferred
• Proficient in English
