Job summary

You will participate in rounds with physicians, assist with medication administration, and help maintain detailed documentation and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and completion of Care Specialist I/II within 90 days of hire.
• CPR/First Aid certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Proficient computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office and company software.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate resident care to ensure quality care.
• Lead care team and participate in orientation and training.
• Perform rounds with physicians and communicate orders to staff and families.
• Manage medication administration and review physician orders in eMAR.
• Complete daily charting and documentation; participate in audits.
