Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group seeks a compassionate caregiver to support residents with daily living activities, assist with medications per physician orders, and maintain accurate charting.

You will follow service plans, help with grooming, dining, mobility, and participate in staff training while upholding safety and confidentiality in a busy senior living community.

This role requires CPR/First Aid within 30 days, MS Office familiarity, and a team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification required or to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office in a Windows environment and ability to learn company software.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents per physician orders and document completion.
• Provide care including bathing, grooming, dining assistance, and mobility support.
• Review eMAR and physician orders for accuracy, and update records accordingly.
• Observe changes in resident condition and report to Wellness Leadership Team.
• Maintain clean and disinfected rooms and common areas; assist with activities and meals.
• Assist with training new employees and promote positive interactions with residents, families, and staff.
