CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a compassionate Care Specialist to provide and coordinate resident care at our Michigan community. You will work on-site, support staff, and participate in care team activities while following service plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Care Specialist I/II curriculum completed within 90 days of hire; 6 months of relevant experience preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per service plans with kindness and respect.
• Administer medications according to physician orders and policies.
• Assist with schedule coverage, rounds with physicians, and communications to staff/families.
• Complete daily charting and reporting; maintain confidentiality.
