Job summary

Talentify in Shawnee, KS is seeking a Resident Care Coordinator to oversee resident services in accordance with company policies and regulations, reporting to the Executive Director. This role ensures quality care and coordination across departments.

Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety, patient care policies, facilitating admissions, coordinating with physicians, and supervising staff to maintain dignity and respect for residents.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid professional license (LPN or RN) and in good standing with the state.
• Must have a valid CPR certification.
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must be able to work beyond normal hours including weekends/holidays when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Comply with the Community’s personnel, safety, and corporate policies and procedures.
• Report allegations of resident abuse/neglect immediately to the Executive Director.
• Maintain confidentiality of all resident and family information.
• Review and supervise compliance with policies pertaining to total patient care and state/federal regulations.
• Assist residents with admission and ensure compliance with State and Federal requirements.
