PSL in Leander, TX, seeks a Resident Care Coordinator to support seniors in a licensed community. You will help schedule Care Partners, ensuring full shift coverage and reducing overtime, while maintaining compassionate resident care.

This role requires 3–5 years of healthcare experience, strong scheduling abilities, and a commitment to our mission to celebrate and enhance lives with kindness and integrity. Flexible scheduling and competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of healthcare-related experience (required).
• Experience scheduling and coordinating shifts preferred.
• Knowledge of block scheduling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling Care Partners to cover all shifts and reduce overtime.
• Maintain a 4-week rolling master care schedule.
• Understand block scheduling principles.
