The Legacy at Crystal Falls is seeking a dedicated Resident Care Coordinator to support our seniors in a vibrant, compassionate community. You will help manage scheduling, care coverage, and scheduling integrity to ensure seamless resident support.

Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of healthcare experience, strong scheduling skills, and a commitment to quality care. This full-time role offers flexible FT/PT scheduling, generous benefits, and opportunities for career growth.

• Assist in scheduling the Care Partners to ensure full coverage of all shifts and reducing overtime or agency use.
• Responsible for maintaining a 4-week rolling master care schedule.
• Knowledge and understanding of block scheduling.
