The Legacy at Crystal Falls is seeking a Resident Care Coordinator to support our seniors and ensure consistent coverage across shifts. You will help schedule Care Partners, maintain daily operations, and contribute to a nurturing, high-quality living environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of healthcare related experience required.
• Ability to assist in scheduling Care Partners to ensure full coverage and reduce overtime.
• Knowledge of block scheduling and master care scheduling.
