PSL seeks a Resident Care Coordinator to support seniors in a living community. You will coordinate Care Partner schedules to ensure full shift coverage, and you will maintain a 4-week rolling master care schedule using block scheduling concepts.

• 3–5 years of healthcare experience.
• Experience scheduling Care Partners and coordinating schedules.
• Knowledge of block scheduling and rolling master schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling Care Partners to ensure full shift coverage and minimize overtime.
• Maintain a 4-week rolling master care schedule.
• Apply understanding of block scheduling to optimize staffing.
• Support residents and care teams with compassionate coordination.
