The Legacy at Crystal Falls invites you to join our team as a Resident Care Coordinator. In this role you will help schedule Care Partners, ensure full shift coverage, and support a high standard of resident care within our senior living community.

We value commitment to scheduling efficiency, reducing overtime, and maintaining a 4-week rolling master care schedule. Candidates with 3–5 years of healthcare experience and a passion for service are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years healthcare experience required.
• Strong scheduling skills and ability to manage shifts.
• Ability to maintain a 4-week rolling master care schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling the Care Partners to ensure full coverage of all shifts and reducing and/or eliminating overtime or agency use.
• Responsible for maintaining a 4-week rolling master care schedule.
• Knowledge and understanding of block scheduling.
