The Legacy at Crystal Falls is seeking a dedicated Resident Care Coordinator to support seniors and care partners. This role focuses on scheduling, coverage, and ensuring quality resident care in a warm, community setting.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of healthcare experience. You will maintain a 4-week master schedule, optimize block scheduling, and help coordinate care across shifts in a vibrant team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of healthcare experience.
• Ability to schedule Care Partners and manage coverage.
• Knowledge of block scheduling and master care schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling Care Partners to ensure full shift coverage and reduce overtime.
• Maintain a 4-week rolling master care schedule.
• Understand and apply block scheduling to optimize staffing.
