Job summary

Spring Gardens of Draper in Draper, UT is seeking a dedicated Resident Care Coordinator to join our health services team, focusing on delivering compassionate, patient-centered care to our elderly residents.

The ideal candidate holds a CNA license, has prior experience with seniors, and can cover weekend availability while working Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–5:30 PM. You will help schedule CNAs/Med Techs, coordinate with Home Health and Hospice, and support a positive, engaging work environment.

Qualifications

• Must have current CNA license and experience caring for elderly residents in an assisted living or nursing home setting.

Responsibilities

• Filling other gaps in CNA/Med Tech schedule, as needed fill in for regular shifts.
• Maintaining CNA/Med Tech schedule.
• Assisting with new hire training as assigned by the administration.
• Maintaining MAR, handling communication regarding medications, cycling medications, and maintaining an organized medication cart.
• Coordinating with Home Health and Hospice Companies.
• Organizing monthly In-service training.
• Maintaining shift change notes.
• Communicating regularly with administration.
• Fulfilling other duties as assigned by administration.

We are currently looking to hire a passionate and service- minded leader to serve as our Resident Care Coordinator and become a key member of our health services team!
