Job summary

Spring Gardens of Heber, located in Heber City, UT, seeks a compassionate Resident Care Coordinator to lead our health services team. The ideal candidate holds a current CNA license, can cover weekend hours, and will help coordinate medications, training, and daily resident care with warmth and professionalism.

You will fill CNA/Med Tech gaps, maintain MARs and med carts, coordinate with home health and hospice, and support administration with scheduling and in-service training while promoting a

Responsibilities

• Fill CNA/Med Tech schedule gaps and cover regular shifts as needed.
• Maintain CNA/Med Tech schedule and MAR, med cycling, and organized medication cart.
• Assist with new hire training and coordinate with administration.
• Coordinate with Home Health and Hospice providers.
• Organize monthly in-service training and communicate with administration.

We are focused on providing personalized quality care through hope, compassion, and dedication to excellence!We are currently looking to hire a passionate and service- minded leader to serve as our Resident Care Coordinator and become a key member of our health services team!
