Job summary

Spring Gardens of Draper in Draper, UT is seeking a dedicated Resident Care Coordinator to join our health services team. The role requires a current CNA license and weekend availability with Monday–Friday 8:30–5:30, with flexibility to cover shifts as needed.

The ideal candidate will lead with service, coordinate patient care, and support team members while maintaining an engaging, compassionate work environment for our senior residents.

Qualifications

• Must have current CNA license.
• Experience caring for elderly residents in an assisted living or nursing home setting.

Responsibilities

• Filling CNA/Med Tech schedule gaps and occasional shift coverage.
• Maintain CNA/Med Tech schedule.
• Assist with new hire training as directed by administration.
• Maintain MAR, medications communication, cycling medications, and organized medication cart.
• Coordinate with Home Health and Hospice providers.
• Organize monthly in-service training.
• Maintain shift change notes.
• Communicate regularly with administration.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned by administration.

We are currently looking to hire a passionate and service- minded leader to serve as our Resident Care Coordinator and become a key member of our health services team! Our ideal applicant will have a CNA license and have weekend availability to work Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30pm and be willing to fill in for shifts as needed.
