Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Cook to prepare and cook nutritious meals for residents in a long-term care facility. You will follow planned menus, ensure quality, and maintain a clean, safe kitchen environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and food prep experience, can follow dietary restrictions, and comply with vaccination policies. Residency within the service area is required.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous cook/food prep experience preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and dietary restrictions.
• Must follow COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds; stand for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and recipes.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet standards.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines; maintain a clean kitchen.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests; provide excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
