Job summary

Harmony Senior Services in Memphis, TN is seeking a Resident Assistant/PCA to provide quality care and assist residents with daily living activities, including mobility, meals, and hygiene. You will support the nursing team, respond to calls, and participate in activity programs while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, completion of a state-approved Personal Care Aide program, good communication, and the ability to lift or move

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have completed approved Personal Care Aide program per state regulations.
• Must be CPR/First Aid certified, or willing to become certified within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Perform housekeeping duties and keep resident areas clean.
• Respond promptly to calls and implement safety procedures.
• Support dining and activity programs while maintaining confidentiality.
• Communicate resident status to nursing staff.
• Attend required in-services and staff meetings.
