Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to become certified within 60 days.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to walk/stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Perform housekeeping tasks in resident areas as directed.
• Respond promptly to calls and emergencies.
• Support move-in transitions and activity planning.
• Report resident status and incidents to supervisors.
