Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC seeks a Resident Care Associate to support Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Independent Living residents. This non-certified role focuses on daily living assistance, housekeeping, and meal service to ensure residents’ comfort and safety.

You will assist with hygiene, grooming, and mobility, respond to call bells, and help care staff provide high-quality, compassionate support in a team-driven environment. Medicaid and state guidelines govern care expectations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with housekeeping and laundry services including trash removal and bed changes.
• Provides resident assistance with activities of daily living including hygiene, incontinence care, bathing and grooming.
• Assists with meal service including transportation to dining room, tray delivery, and dining experience.
• Responds to residents' call lights promptly.
• Checks residents unable to call for help frequently.
• Assists clinical staff to make residents comfortable (hydration, seating, etc.).
• Assists with personal care responsibilities according to state guidelines.
