Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Resident Care Associate (RCA) to provide general non-certified routine services for Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Independent Living residents in Portage, MI. Responsibilities include daily living assistance, meal service, hygiene support, and resident comfort.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with housekeeping and laundry tasks (trash removal, beds).
• Assists residents with activities of daily living (hygiene, incontinence, bathing, grooming).
• Assists with meal service (tray delivery, transportation to dining room).
• Answers call lights promptly.
• Checks on residents who cannot call for help.
• Assists clinical staff to keep residents comfortable (hydration, seating).
• Assists with personal care per state guidelines.
