You’ll also assist with meals, hydration, and activities, all while following individualized care plans tailored to each resident.

You’ll be responsible for observing and reporting changes in residents’ conditions, documenting care provided, and responding promptly to requests for assistance. Maintaining cleanliness and safety in resident rooms and common areas is also an essential part of your role. Additionally, you’ll support residents with dementia through respectful communication and redirection, and you’ll ensure their rights, privacy, and preferences are always respected.
