Legacy Senior Living in Tennessee is seeking a CNA/Resident Assistant to provide personalized care and support for seniors, preserving dignity and independence. You will help with daily living activities and participate in meals and social events, delivering compassionate, resident-centered care.

This role offers ongoing training, opportunities for growth, and a supportive team environment that feels like family.

Qualificações

• Experience in senior living, home health, or caregiving is a plus—but not required.
• Must pass background checks and applicable state screenings.
• Able to lift, bend, and assist residents as needed, using proper body mechanics.
• Willing to learn and follow care plans, safety policies, and training protocols.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care and emotional support in accordance with each resident’s individual care plan.
• Support residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and calls—day or night.
• Build relationships with residents and families based on trust and compassion.
• Escort residents to meals and activities, and encourage social engagement.
• Observe and report any changes in physical, emotional, or mental condition to wellness leadership.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with resident care policies.
• Assist with dining service, light housekeeping, laundry, and other daily comforts.
• Uphold resident rights, dignity, independence, and safety at all times.
