Sinceri Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant for our Pennsylvania community. You will support residents with daily living activities, provide companionship, and help maintain a safe, comfortable home for our residents.

Our team emphasizes a supportive environment, ongoing development, and reliable scheduling. Previous elder care experience is preferred, and English communication is required to engage residents and families effectively.

Competenze

• Must be able to read, write and speak English to communicate effectively with residents, families, visitors, and staff.
• Ability to perform job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
• CPR, First Aid, Food Handler tests may be required by state regulations.

Mansioni

• Assists residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, mobility).
• Engages residents in conversation, socialization, and activities while providing personal care.
• Responds promptly to resident needs and obtains assistance as necessary.
• Assists in the dining room during resident meal times.
• Encourages participation in scheduled activities and outings.
• Maintains cleanliness of the community and tidies resident rooms daily.
• Assists with resident laundry per shift guidelines.
