You will collaborate with the nursing team to monitor residents' wellbeing, document completed tasks, and ensure clear communication of any concerns to the Health Care Director. This role may involve evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Previous experience in a similar caregiving role.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily care: personal care, grooming, hygiene, meals, and activities.
• Monitor residents' physical and emotional comfort and respond as needed.
• Document daily shift reports and resident records.
• Confidentially communicate urgent needs to the Health Care Director.
• Demonstrate ability to manage tasks within the scheduled shift.
