Sinceri Senior Living in Westlake, OH is seeking a Resident Assistant to join an amazing team and enhance residents' lives through consistent, quality care. You will support daily living activities and engage residents in meaningful social and activity-based interactions to foster well-being.

The role requires compassion, reliability, and the ability to communicate effectively in English with residents, families, and staff. Training and opportunities for development are provided.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with elderly in residential or long-term care preferred.
• Must read, write and speak English clearly for resident communication.
• Ability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
• CPR/First Aid/Food Handler tests may be required by state regulations.

Aufgaben

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, mobility.
• Engage residents in conversation and activities while providing personal care.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and assist with care as needed; assist in dining room during meals.
• Encourage participation in scheduled activities and outings and assist as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the community and tidy resident rooms daily.
• Assist with resident laundry per shift guidelines.
