Sinceri Senior Living is seeking a Resident Assistant to join our caring team and enhance the lives of residents through daily Living assistance and companionship in a supportive community.

We emphasize an amazing team environment, equal opportunity employment, and opportunities for growth. Prior experience with the elderly is preferred, with high school diploma or equivalent and English proficiency required.

Qualifikationen

• Must be able to read, write and speak English to communicate effectively with residents, families, visitors and staff.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with residents and team members.

Aufgaben

• Assists residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring and mobility.
• Engages residents in conversation, socialization, and activities while providing personal care assistance.
• Responds promptly to all resident needs and requests for care and provides or secures assistance as needed.
• Assists in the dining room during resident meal times.
• Encourages participation in scheduled activities and outings and assists with these activities as needed.
• Maintains cleanliness of the community including making beds, emptying trash, and tidying resident rooms daily.
• Assists with resident laundry per shift guidelines.
