Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Resident Care Associate (RCA) to provide general non-certified routine services for Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Independent Living residents at our Winchester, KY location.

This role supports daily living activities, dining service, and basic comfort tasks under supervision. High school diploma or GED preferred; 0–1 year of experience preferred. Comprehensive Thrive benefits and weekly pay are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with housekeeping and laundry tasks, including trash removal and making beds.
• Provides resident assistance with activities of daily living (hygiene, incontinence, bathing, grooming).
• Assists with meal service, including transportation to dining area, tray delivery, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Responds to resident call lights promptly.
• Ensures residents who cannot call for help are checked frequently.
• Assists clinical staff to keep residents comfortable (checking sitting position, hydration, etc.).
• Assists with personal care responsibilities according to state guidelines.
