Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC seeks a Resident Care Associate (RCA) to provide general non-certified routine services and support. This role offers a pathway toward becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) and requires dedication to resident well-being.

Based at The Springs of Richmond in Richmond, IN, you will assist with daily living tasks, dining service, and engage residents with warmth and respect while pursuing CNA training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Interest in pursuing CNA training.

Responsibilities

• Housekeeping and laundry including trash removal and bed changes.
• Assist with meal service and transport residents to dining room.
• Provide customer service, companionship, and communicate with residents.
• Assist with personal care according to state guidelines.
• Attend training program leading to CNA certification.
