Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide certification required.
• Experience with Alzheimer's/dementia is a plus.
• Must be able to read/speak English.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living.
• Escort residents to meals and activities.
• Support residents' physical, emotional and psycho-social wellbeing.
• Assist in Wellness area as needed to ensure safety and comfort.
• Follow policies and procedures and directives from supervisors.
