The Bristal Assisted Living in New York is seeking compassionate Resident Service Assistants/Home Health Aides to provide hands-on care with dignity, assisting residents with ADLs and daily activities.

You will be a friendly face, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of residents, while supporting their physical, emotional and psychosocial needs; this is a full‑time role with one weekend shift per week (Tue-Sat or Sun-Thu).

Qualificações

• CNA, PCA or HHA certification required.
• Experience with Alzheimer's/dementia a plus.
• Must be able to read and write in English.
• Geriatric care experience preferred, including ADLs assistance.
• Ability to follow instructions and establish personal care routines.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Escort residents to meals and recreational activities.
• Support residents in achieving physical, emotional and psycho-social wellbeing.
• Assist in Wellness area to ensure safety and comfort.
• Follow policies and procedures and instructions from Nurse Shift Supervisor.
