Job summary

The Bristal at Armonk in Armonk, NY is seeking a compassionate Resident Services Aide (RSA) / Home Health Aide to assist residents with daily living activities. This on-site role supports memory care and assisted living residents with empathy and dignity.

Responsibilities include ADLs support, escorting residents to meals and activities, and promoting overall well-being. Must be English-proficient; weekend shifts and 7-3PM schedule apply.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak and read in English.
• Certified Nursing Assistant, Personal Care Attendant or Home Health Aide is preferred.
• Experience with geriatric population is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain routines.
• Maintain respect and compassion toward residents.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Escort residents to meals and recreational activities.
• Support residents in achieving physical, emotional and psycho-social well-being.
• Assist in the Wellness area to ensure safety and comfort.
• Follow policies and directions of nurse supervisor and wellness director.
