The Bristal At Armonk is seeking compassionate Resident Service Assistants/Home Health Aides to provide hands-on, respectful care for residents. You will be a familiar face, assisting with daily living activities and encouraging wellbeing in a warm, dignified environment.

Full-time schedule includes Sundays 7-3 PM and one weekend shift per week. English proficiency required; CNA/HHA/PCA credentials preferred, with experience in geriatrics and dementia care welcome.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant, Personal Care Attendant or Home Health Aide (required)
• Experience with Alzheimer's disease and dementia is a plus
• Must be able to speak and read in English
• Experience with geriatric population and ADLs preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and establish personal care routines
• Basic understanding of dementia; patient and professional in redirecting residents

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Escort residents to meals and recreational activities
• Support residents in achieving their highest level of physical, emotional and psycho-social well-being
• Help in the Wellness area to ensure safety, comfort and wellbeing
• Follow all policies and procedures, and adhere to the Nurse Shift Supervisor and Director of Wellness Instructions
