The Bristal Assisted Living in Armonk, NY is seeking compassionate Resident Service Assistants/Home Health Aides to provide hands-on care with dignity and respect. You will be a friendly, familiar presence supporting residents in daily activities and wellbeing.

This full-time role includes a weekend shift (one per week) and requires CNA/PCA/HHA credentials, English fluency, and a calm, reliable, caring demeanor. Previous dementia care experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak and read in English.
• Experience assisting residents with Alzheimer's or dementia is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions and establish personal care routines.
• Demonstrates patience, professionalism and genuine respect for the elderly.

Responsabilités

• Assisting residents manage Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Escorting residents to meals and recreational activities.
• Supporting residents in achieving their highest level of physical, emotional and psycho-social well-being.
• Helping out in the Wellness area to ensure safety, comfort and wellbeing.
• Following all policies and procedures and the Nurse Shift Supervisor's and Director of Wellness's instructions.
