The Bristal Assisted Living in Armonk, NY seeks compassionate Resident Service Assistants/Home Health Aides to provide hands-on care with dignity and respect for residents who call The Bristal home. You’ll be a friendly, familiar face, assisting with daily living and contributing to residents' quality of life.

This is a full-time role with evenings and a weekend shift; CNA/PCA/HHA certification preferred and English proficiency required to support geriatric residents, including those with

Qualificações

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Personal Care Attendant (PCA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.
• Experience assisting residents with Alzheimer's disease or dementia is a plus.
• Must speak and read English.
• Experience with geriatric population and following personal care routines.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Escort residents to meals and recreational activities.
• Support residents' physical, emotional and psycho-social wellbeing.
• Help in Wellness area to ensure safety, comfort and wellbeing.
• Follow policies and instructions of the Nurse Shift Supervisor and Director of Wellness.
