Harmony Senior Services in Morgantown, WV is hiring a Resident Assistant/Personal Care Aide to provide daily living assistance and compassionate care to residents. You will report concerns to the nursing team and follow all policies with a focus on safety and dignity.

The role requires completing a personal care aide program, CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 60 days), and the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.

Competenze

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have completed an approved personal care aide program per state regulations.
• Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in-writing.
• Must be organized and able to work well with all levels of personnel.
• CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire.

Mansioni

• Provide quality care and assistance with activities of daily living to residents.
• Report incidents and concerns to appropriate staff (HCD, RN/LPN, or ED).
• Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures for the position.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and mobility as needed.
• Complete housekeeping tasks and keep common areas clean and safe.
