Job summary

GRANDVIEW in is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and supervision. You will identify residents, assist with daily activities, document observations, and maintain a safe, respectful environment.

The role requires a CNA license, ability to follow policies, and a commitment to patient comfort and privacy. CPR is preferred, with responsibilities spanning from basic care to assisting with medical tests and reporting

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business materials.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before administering treatments or meals.
• Report changes in residents' condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report any access concerns.
• Follow established policies for exposure to blood and body fluids.
• Assist with daily resident care tasks and mobility.
• Prepare residents for medical tests and examinations.
