GRAND VIEW HEALTHCARE CENTER in Washington, Missouri is currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities, hygiene, meals, and mobility while documenting care and reporting health changes to the supervising nurse. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and adherence to all facility policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Current and valid CNA certification is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and with nursing staff.
• Good collaboration and fast, adaptive problem-solving.
• Keen attention to detail and patient comfort.
• Understanding of patient care policies and regulations.
• Ability to observe health changes and report to supervising nurse.
• Must have physical stamina for resident care tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including meals, hygiene, turning, and mobility.
• Provide nourishments and fluids; assist with feeding and nutrition supplements as needed.
• Observe residents and report health issues to supervising nurse.
• Document resident intake and care activities.
• Maintain cleanliness of living areas and equipment.
• Transport residents within the facility as required.
• Follow facility policies and maintain confidentiality of resident data.
• Support nurses and other staff to ensure quality care.
