Job summary

Juniper Networks, Inc. is hiring care aides for Full time or Part time roles with 3 pm–11 pm shifts and weekend availability. Immediate openings available with potential bonus opportunities and DailyPay on-demand pay.

Role involves assisting residents with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining excellent resident and family communication. Prior caregiving experience and CNA credentials are a plus.

Qualifications

• Education: High school or equivalent is required.
• Certification: CNA preferred or required as noted.
• Experience: Caregiving experience is listed as 1 year preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Monitor vital signs as instructed and report changes.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and care team.
• Provide courteous, high‑quality customer service.

Role: Care aides are a key part of the Juniper team. They provide physical support to help residents stay engaged, safe, and independent.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents as needed with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, securing transportation, making and keeping appointments, use of the telephone, dining, and attending Juniper programs.
• Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
• Effectively communicate with other members of the team, residents, and families.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
• Experience: Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
