Juniper is seeking dedicated care aides to support residents in daily activities and safety. You will engage residents in daily living tasks, monitor health signs, and work closely with families and the care team.

Weekend availability and a Direct Caregiver Certification are required or preferred. This role offers both full-time and part-time shifts in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Competenze

• Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
• Experience: Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
• Med Tech Certificate (Preferred)

Mansioni

• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, securing transportation, appointments, telephone use, dining and program participation.
• Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
• Effectively communicate with other team members, residents, and families.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Role:

Care aides are a key part of the Juniper team. They provide physical support to help residents stay engaged, safe, and independent.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents as needed with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, securing transportation, making and keeping appointments, use of the telephone, dining, and attending Juniper programs.
• Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
• Effectively communicate with other members of the team, residents, and families.
• Provide excellent customer service.
