Job summary

Juniper Communities is seeking care aides to join our team in the United States. Roles include assisting residents with activities of daily living, monitoring health needs, and providing compassionate support to promote safety and independence.

We offer full-time positions 7 am–3 pm and part-time shifts 7 am–3 pm or 3 pm–11 pm. Starting pay is $17 per hour, with higher rates for Certified Nursing Assistants and experienced caregivers. Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
• Experience: Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
• Med Tech Certificate (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, hair care, continence, etc.).
• Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
• Communicate effectively with team, residents, and families.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and families.

Role: Care aides are a key part of the Juniper team. They provide physical support to help residents stay engaged, safe, and independent.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents as needed with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, securing transportation, making and keeping appointments, use of the telephone, dining, and attending Juniper programs.
• Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
• Effectively communicate with other members of the team, residents, and families.
• Provide excellent customer service.
