Job summary

This role is on-site with 3 pm–11 pm shifts and weekend availability. It offers DailyPay on-demand pay, a starting wage of $16.00 per hour, and higher rates for CNA certification and caregiving experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Caregiving experience: 1 year preferred.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and dining.
• Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
• Communicate effectively with team, residents, and families.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Role: Care aides are a key part of the Juniper team. They provide physical support to help residents stay engaged, safe, and independent.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents as needed with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, securing transportation, making and keeping appointments, use of the telephone, dining, and attending Juniper programs.
• Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
• Effectively communicate with other members of the team, residents, and families.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Requirements
