Job summary

Juniper Communities in Pittsburgh is seeking Care Aides to support residents with daily living activities, safety, and engagement.

We offer full-time 3 pm–11 pm and part-time positions for all shifts, with a pay rate of $18.00–$21.00 per hour based on experience and CNA certification, plus a shift differential for the 3–11 shift and DailyPay on-demand pay.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent required
• Caregiving: 1 year preferred
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, securing transportation, appointments, telephone use, dining, and Juniper programs)
• Check and monitor vital signs as instructed
• Communicate effectively with team, residents, and families
• Provide excellent customer service
